Descrizione:
4-(2-Aminoethyl)benzonitrile HCl is a transaminase inhibitor that inhibits the enzyme transaminase. This product is used for high-throughput screening and profiling of potential inhibitors of transaminases, as well as to study the mechanism of action of these enzymes. The colorimetric method can be used to detect this compound in aldehyde substrates. 4-(2-Aminoethyl)benzonitrile HCl has been shown to inhibit transaminase activities in solid-phase assays with high specificity and sensitivity.
