Informazioni sul prodotto
- 4Α-Aminocyclohexan-1Α-Ol
CIS-4-Aminocyclohexanol is a selective CB2 receptor agonist that belongs to the class of cyclohexane compounds. It has been shown to be effective in inhibiting the production of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines in cells. CIS-4-Aminocyclohexanol binds to the CB2 receptor and blocks it from activating downstream signaling pathways, which prevents the induction of inflammatory responses. This drug is not active against cyclohexane rings or fatty acids, but has been shown to have high selectivity for kinase activity in cell cytoplasm.
