Informazioni sul prodotto
- 3-Amino-2-methoxy-4-pyridinecarboxylic acid
3-Amino-2-methoxyisonicotinic acid is an analog of histamine that binds to the H3 receptor. It has a high affinity for the H3 receptor, and can be used as a selective histamine H3 receptor agonist. 3-Amino-2-methoxyisonicotinic acid is a potent systemic histamine H3 receptor antagonist. It also inhibits the K+ channel in the heart and brain by blocking the opening of potassium channels. This inhibition leads to a decrease in heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration, which may be due to its binding to the histamine H3 receptor.
