Informazioni sul prodotto
- 3-amino-N-methylbenzamide
3-Amino-N-methylbenzamide is a chemical compound that has been shown to be an acetylating agent in vitro. It has been found to have inhibitory activity against the enzymatic activity of faecal bacteria, 3-aminobenzamide, and mcf-7. 3-Amino-N-methylbenzamide has also been shown to have anticancer properties in vitro. This drug is orally administered and undergoes metabolic conversion through multiple pathways, including hydrolysis by esterases or glucuronidases, oxidation by cytochrome P450 enzymes, reduction by glutathione reductase, or conjugation with glucuronic acid. The hepatic cytochrome P450 enzyme system plays a major role in the metabolism of 3AMB.
