Aloc-Lys(Fmoc)-OH is a synthetic peptide consisting of alanine, lysine and Fmoc-protected lysine. It is synthesized by the condensation reaction between an acid chloride and an amine in a liquid phase synthesis. The sidechain of the amino acid alanine is connected to the sidechain of the amino acid lysine through an ester linkage.
