Informazioni sul prodotto
5-Amino-N1-methyl-1H-imidazole-1,4-dicarboxamide is a synthetic small molecule that inhibits the synthesis of nitrophenyl in two different pathways. It has been shown to inhibit the conversion of phenylalanine to tyrosine and also inhibits the diazotization reaction by inhibiting the formation of hydrochloric acid. 5-Amino-N1-methyl-1H-imidazole-1,4-dicarboxamide can be used for the treatment of tumour cells and has been shown to have an antitumor effect on temozolomide resistant cell lines. This drug also inhibits protein synthesis by binding to enzymes such as carbamyl phosphate synthetase I, which is involved in the production of carbamates. 5AMINOIDC binds to chloride ions and organic compounds containing chlorine atoms (e.g., methyl isocyanate
