Informazioni sul prodotto
- Ac-D-Phg-olN-Acetyl-D-phenylglycinol
Ac-D-phenylglycinol is a glycoside that has been shown to have therapeutic effects in animal models of prematurity. It has been shown to bind to the VEGF receptor and inhibit binding of VEGF to its receptor, which prevents the signaling pathway that leads to premature birth. Ac-D-phenylglycinol is a small molecule with an amino acid sequence identical to the human VEGF sequence and can be used as a monoclonal antibody for diagnosis and treatment of cancer metastasis. Ac-D-phenylglycinol binds to host cells and blocks acid sequences required for tumor cell proliferation.
