4-Amino-5-chloro-2-ethoxybenzoic acid is a phenoxy compound that is synthesized in the laboratory. The chemical structure of this compound has been studied using high performance liquid chromatography and it was found to have pharmacokinetic properties that are consistent with those of other drugs in its class. This drug is being developed as an anti-depressant, targeting the 5HT4 receptor.
