Descrizione

3-(tert-Butyl)aniline is a compound that has been shown to have antagonistic properties against aminophenols, which are chemicals that block the 5-HT1A receptor. The 5-HT1A receptor is part of the serotonin system and plays a role in mood regulation. 3-(tert-Butyl)aniline has shown an innovative pharmacokinetic profile with a rapid onset of action and short duration of effect. It is also selective for tyrosine kinase, which is a key enzyme involved in the synthesis of dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine. This drug has been found to enhance the reaction rate of this enzyme in vitro by up to 50%.
