Fluorodopa is a positron-emitting radiotracer that is used in the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. It is an analog of L-DOPA and has been shown to be useful in the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease as it can cross the blood-brain barrier, unlike L-DOPA.
