Descrizione:
4-Hydroxy-2-phenyl-2-hydrophthalazin-1-one is a drug that binds to the 5HT1A (serotonin) receptor. It has been shown to be an agonist of this receptor and can bind to other serotonin receptors, including 5HT2A. 4-Hydroxy-2-phenyl-2-hydrophthalazin-1-one is a ligand for the benzodiazepine site on the GABA A receptor and has affinity for the 5HT1A (serotonin) receptor, as well as binding to various arylpiperazines. This drug also has affinity for the 5HT2A (serotonin) receptor.
