Informazioni sul prodotto
- 4-Bromo-6-chloro-3-pyridazinamine
4-Bromo-6-chloropyridazin-3-amine is a pyridazine derivative that has been studied for its potential use as an anticancer pharmaceutical. It has shown activity in the treatment of cancer cells and has a low toxicity to healthy cells. 4-Bromo-6-chloropyridazin-3-amine is reactive with acetaldehyde, and this reactivity can be used in assays to detect the presence of acetaldehyde. This compound was synthesized by Buchwald and Suzuki coupling reactions, which are also shown to be unreactive with acetaldehyde. 4-Bromo-6-chloropyridazin-3-amine is found in nature but the natural form is not active against cancer cells.
