Descrizione

N,N-Bis(2-chloroethyl)aniline is a reactive compound that has been used as a chemical intermediate in the production of other compounds. It can also be used as an anticancer drug. N,N-Bis(2-chloroethyl)aniline has shown potent antitumor activity against prostate cancer cells and monoclonal antibodies with human tumor xenografts in mice. This drug also has been shown to increase the permeability of saccharomyces cerevisiae strain cells, which may be due to its ability to bind to lipid membranes. The transport properties of this substance are not yet fully understood and further research is required.
