Descrizione:
3-Bromo-N-(tert-butyl)benzenesulphonamide is a potent and selective inhibitor of the enzyme protein kinase. It inhibits the activity of ATP-dependent serine/threonine kinases, including protein kinase C, cAMP-dependent protein kinase, and glycogen synthase kinase 3beta. 3-Bromo-N-(tert-butyl)benzenesulphonamide has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro. This drug has not been tested in vivo and its mechanism of action is not known.
