Descrizione:
5-Bromopyridin-3-sulfonyl chloride is a recombinant protein that belongs to the group of arylsulphonamides. It can be used as an immunosuppressive drug in the treatment of respiratory diseases and has anti-inflammatory properties. 5-Bromopyridin-3-sulfonyl chloride is able to inhibit perforin, thereby inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators. This protein also inhibits the production of cytokines, chemokines and prostaglandins. The pharmacokinetic properties of this protein are currently being studied in vivo models.
