Informazioni sul prodotto
Benzo[d]thiazol-2-amine is a heterocyclic compound that is used in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. It is an analog of the more well-known drug amiodarone, which has been shown to have antiarrhythmic properties, such as prolonging the time to ventricular fibrillation and increasing the effective refractory period. Benzo[d]thiazol-2-amine also has serotonin reuptake inhibitor properties and can be used for the treatment of depression. It has been shown to have a non-selective cation effect on cells, which may contribute to its therapeutic effects on cardiac arrhythmias. The molecular structure of benzo[d]thiazol-2-amine was determined using experimental data from electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
