(R)-(+)-1,2-Bis(diphenylphosphino)propane is a chiral phosphine ligand that is used in asymmetric synthesis. It is an x-ray crystallography and nmr spectra of the diastereomers. The protonation of the ligand has been shown to be pH dependent and can be enhanced by electrochemical data.
