Informazioni sul prodotto
- 4-Butyl-2-methylbenzenamine2-Methyl-4-butylaniline
- 2-Methyl-4-n-butylaniline
4-Butyl-2-methylaniline is a sulfonyl derivative of aniline. It has potent activity and has been shown to be a substrate for cytochrome p450, which is found in human liver microsomes. The sulfonation of 4-butyl-2-methylaniline leads to the formation of 20-hete, which is an inhibitor of arachidonic acid metabolism. This selective activity makes it useful as a potential commercializing agent for oleum and chloroform production.
