Descrizione

(1R,2S)-N-tert-Butoxycarbonyl-1-amino-2-vinylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid is a potent inhibitor of the ns3 protease enzyme. This enzyme is involved in the production of nicotinic acetylcholine and cycloalkenyl groups in blood cells, which are necessary for bone cancer and kidney fibrosis. The drug also inhibits erythromycin as a biological sample and has been shown to reduce cancer cell proliferation. It also reduces bowel disease by inhibiting inflammatory processes and has been shown to be effective against inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.
