Informazioni sul prodotto
- 5-Bromobenzo[C][1,2,5]Oxadiazole
5-Bromo-benzo[1,2,5]oxadiazole is a bromo compound with the molecular formula C8H6BrN3O. It crystallizes in two forms: one form has an orthorhombic crystal structure and the other has a tetragonal crystal structure. The compound can be obtained by reacting 5-bromobenzaldehyde with nitric acid. This compound is found to have x-ray diffraction patterns that are isomorphous to those of the polymorphs of 2,4-dichlorophenol and 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid. 5-Bromo-benzo[1,2,5]oxadiazole is analogous to 2,4-dichlorophenol and 3,4 diaminobenzoic acid in that it contains both chlorine and nitrogen atoms.
