Informazioni sul prodotto
- Carbamic acid, N-(triphenylphosphoranylidene)-, 1,1-dimethylethyl ester
- tert-Butyl (triphenylphosphoranylidene)carbamate
- N-Boc-imino-(triphenyl)phosphorane
N-Boc-Imino-(triphenyl)phosphorane is a catalytic, aromatic aldehyde that binds to carboxylic acids. It has been shown to have anti-diabetic properties in the form of an acid binding protein. This compound has been shown to increase insulin secretion and improve glucose tolerance in mice with diabetes. N-Boc-Imino-(triphenyl)phosphorane has also been shown to induce scission of fatty acid esters, which may be due to its ability to bind carboxylic acids. The reaction time for this compound is approximately 30 minutes at room temperature.
