Informazioni sul prodotto
- Benzenesulfonyl Benzenesulfonate
Benzenesulfonic anhydride is a nucleophilic compound that reacts with a glycosidic bond. It has been used in the kinetic and efficient method for the synthesis of Ginkgolide B. This reaction takes place at room temperature, leading to the formation of an amide group. The nucleophilic attack on the glycosidic bond can be inhibited by chloride or pyrimidine compounds. Benzenesulfonic anhydride is also a reactive intermediate in the borohydride reduction of aromatic hydrocarbons and can be used as a reagent for the synthesis of carbapenem antibiotics or other sulfonamides.
