Descrizione:
Boc-tryptamine is a natural product that has not been previously described. It undergoes oxidative transformation to form indole, cyclization and tryptophan. Boc-tryptamine can undergo two cyclizations to form a heterocyclic molecule with four rings. It is a biomimetic of tetrapeptides, which are peptides with four amino acids, and has the capacity for diazonamide formation. The biosynthesis of Boc-tryptamine is not yet fully understood.
