Informazioni sul prodotto
- 4-(3-Butenyloxy)benzoic acid
- 4-(But-3-En-1-Yloxy)Benzoic Acid
4-(3-Butenyloxy)benzoic Acid is a molecule that can be found in carbon nanotubes. It is an enantiomer of 4-Hydroxybenzoic acid. The mesomorphic property of this compound is due to the presence of two different conformations, one mesomorphic and one thermotropic. This property allows it to be used in deformation and actuation. The acidic nature of this molecule makes it an ideal candidate for use as a pesticide because it can inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi. 4-(3-Butenyloxy)benzoic Acid also has reinforcing properties, which means it strengthens the molecule structures that interact with it, such as other organic molecules or metal ions. Constant titration calorimetry has been used to measure the interaction constant between this molecule and other molecules.
