Informazioni sul prodotto
3-Bromo-2-fluorobenzaldehyde is a low potency drug substance that belongs to the class of regulatory substances. It is used in cancer therapy and has been shown to have cytotoxic effects on tumor cells. 3-Bromo-2-fluorobenzaldehyde inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells by inducing apoptosis, which may be due to its ability to regulate the expression of genes that are linked with cell survival and death (e.g., PIM1). This compound also has an effect on other types of cells, such as lymphocytes, which may be due to its ability to induce transduction. 3-Bromo-2-fluorobenzaldehyde was shown to have a low level of impurities in x-ray crystallographic studies.
