4-(((4-Chlorophenyl)(5-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylene)amino)butanoic acid monosodium salt is a drug that is used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It blocks the binding of acetylcholine to its receptors, which may be related to its pharmacological effect. 4-(((4-Chlorophenyl)(5-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylene)amino)butanoic acid monosodium salt also has a benzodiazepine binding site and can be used as an anxiolytic.
