Descrizione

Leu-Enkephalin is a synthetic opioid peptide that exhibits potent analgesic effects and is used in the treatment of a variety of pain syndromes. Leu-Enkephalin has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on δ-opioid receptors, which are involved in the transmission of pain signals. Leu-Enkephalin has also been shown to have an inhibitory effect on other enzymes such as aminopeptidases, proteases, and kinases.
