Informazioni sul prodotto
1-Cyclopropyl-4-iodo-1H-pyrazole is a transcriptional regulator that binds to the DNA and modifies transcription. 1-Cyclopropyl-4-iodo-1H-pyrazole is a multidomain protein with three domains: an N terminal domain, a histone deacetylase (HDAC) domain, and a bromodomain. The N terminal domain of 1CIP binds to the nucleosome, which is the basic unit of DNA packaging in eukaryotic cells. This binding exposes the acetylated lysine residues on histones H3 and H4. The HDAC domain then interacts with these exposed acetylated lysines and removes the acetyl group from them, changing the chromatin structure. The bromodomain interacts with transcription factors that are associated with gene activation or repression. 1CIP has been shown to have antigenic properties
