Descrizione

Clopyralid is an herbicide that belongs to the group of chloroacetanilides. It has a molecular weight of 246.5 and is classified as a sensitizer, which means it can cause allergic reactions in humans. Clopyralid has high cytotoxicity and can be used to kill weeds. Clopyralid may also be used in combination with other herbicides such as meptyldinocap or florasulam. The toxic effects of clopyralid have been evaluated in vivo and in vitro data, where it was found not to be carcinogenic or mutagenic. However, clopyralid has been misclassified as a skin sensitizer rather than a skin irritant.
