Informazioni sul prodotto
- Quinoxaline, 2,3-dichloro-6-methoxy-
- 6-Methoxy-2,3-dichloroquinoxaline
2,3-Dichloro-6-methoxyquinoxaline is a chemical compound that has been synthesized to inhibit the activity of the NS3/4A protease enzyme. The hydroxyproline moiety of 2,3-Dichloro-6-methoxyquinoxaline is responsible for its potent inhibition of the NS3/4A protease enzyme. This inhibitor binds to the active site of the enzyme and prevents it from cleaving other proteins. 2,3-Dichloro-6-methoxyquinoxaline has been shown to be effective in inhibiting the growth of human liver cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. It also inhibits the growth of murine sarcoma cells by inhibiting cell proliferation at low doses and inducing apoptosis at higher doses.
