Descrizione

Diphenylamine is a reactive chemical that can be used as an amine-releasing agent. It is also used in the manufacture of dyes and pigments. Diphenylamine has been shown to be reactive with nitrite ion, and it can be used for the treatment of carboxy terminal amyloid protein plaques. This drug has also been shown to have biological properties, such as the ability to inhibit picolinic acid production in cells. Furthermore, diphenylamine may have anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in response to nitrogen atoms.
