Descrizione:
O-Desaryl ranolazine is a drug that acts as an antihypertensive agent. It has been shown to activate the vasodilator system, which leads to a decrease in blood pressure. O-Desaryl ranolazine is also known to inhibit the production of cholesterol by inhibiting 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase (HMG-CoA reductase). The drug has been shown to be effective in patients with congestive heart failure and high blood pressure. It can be used in combination with other drugs to reduce the risk of heart disease.
