Informazioni sul prodotto
- Quinoxaline, 2,3-Dimethoxy-
2,3-Dimethoxyquinoxaline is a mesomeric quinone that has been shown to modulate the activity of benzodiazines. 2,3-Dimethoxyquinoxaline binds to unmodified synapses and advances the synthesis of anions. This compound has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in vitro and in vivo. The inhibition of AChE by 2,3-dimethoxyquinoxaline has been rationalized on the basis of its ability to form a diazine with the enzyme and thus compete for binding sites.
