Descrizione

2'-(Di-tert-butylphosphino)-N,N-dimethylbiphenyl-2-amine is a pentane that has been shown to inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β and IL-6 in cells. It also binds to the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, which is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses, and prevents it from breaking down acetylcholine.
