Informazioni sul prodotto
Nebivolol is a drug that belongs to the class of beta-blockers. It is used in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Nebivolol has been shown to inhibit the transfer of reactive oxygen species from mitochondria to the cytoplasm and filamentous structures, thus preventing lipoprotein oxidation, neuronal death, and cellular injury. Didefluoro Nebivolol has also been shown to reduce aldehydes such as 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal (HNE) and acrolein, which are found in patients with Alzheimer's disease. This drug blocks the production of specific proteins that cause inflammation and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.
