Informazioni sul prodotto
Difluoronitroacetic acid methyl ester is a class of medicines that are used to lower blood pressure. It is an acid ester that preferentially inhibits the activity of the enzyme guanidine-nucleotide related hydrazine, which is involved in the conversion of guanosine diphosphate (GDP) to GMP and affects the production of nitric oxide. Difluoronitroacetic acid methyl ester has been shown to reduce blood pressure by inhibiting papaverine-sensitive potassium channels and increasing sensitivity to norepinephrine, resulting in vasodilation. This drug can be administered orally or intravenously.
