Informazioni sul prodotto
- 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid
- 2-[(4-ethoxyphenyl)amino]-
2-[(4-Ethoxyphenyl)amino]nicotinic acid is an anti-inflammatory agent that has been shown to be more efficient than the drug 2-chloronicotinic acid. It is a potassium salt that has been used in the synthesis of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). 2-[(4-Ethoxyphenyl)amino]nicotinic acid is synthesized by reacting anilines with potassium carbonate, followed by heating in a microwave. The reaction produces a mixture of products, which are separated by chromatography and purified to produce the desired product. This compound can also be synthesized from 2-chloronicotinic acid and potassium carbonate.
