Descrizione:
Ethyl difluoroacetate (EtDFA) is a solvent that is used in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, including nicotinic acetylcholine. It reacts with an active methylene group to form a cross-linking agent. This product can be used as a cross-linking agent in the synthesis of proteins and peptides. EtDFA has been shown to have antiviral activity against HIV infection, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines by toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4).
