Descrizione

Ethyl 3,5-dimethyl-2-pyrrolecarboxylate is a benzimidazole derivative that has inhibitory activity against cancer cells. It is thought to inhibit cancer cell growth by interacting with the bipyrrole ring of the DNA molecule. The chemical structure of ethyl 3,5-dimethyl-2-pyrrolecarboxylate includes two vinyl groups that are responsible for its interaction with the DNA molecule. Ethyl 3,5-dimethyl-2-pyrrolecarboxylate has been shown to have anti-bacterial properties and has been used in studies of bacterial interactions.
