8-[4-(4-Fluorophenyl)-4-Oxobutyl]-3-(2-Iodoethyl)-1-Phenyl-1,3,8-Triazaspiro[4.5]Decan-4-One is a ligand that binds to the dopamine D2 receptor with high affinity. It has been shown to be useful in treating Parkinson's disease and related disorders by blocking the uptake of dopamine, which leads to increased dopamine concentrations in the brain.
