Descrizione

Fenoldopam is a drug that belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It also has a vasodilatory effect, which may be due to its ability to increase cytosolic Ca2+ levels. Fenoldopam has been shown to bind to DNA in a low-dose group of pediatric patients and cause an increase in the concentration-time curve for fenoldopam. Fenoldopam can be used as an agent for congestive heart failure and is a potent antimicrobial agent against certain bacterial infections.
