Descrizione

2-Fluoro-3-(1-hydroxy-2-methylaminoethyl)phenol oxalate is a potentiator of benzyl, hydroxyl group, and phenylephrine. It is a potentiator of the beta adrenergic receptors. 2-Fluoro-3-(1-hydroxy-2-methylaminoethyl)phenol oxalate has been shown to increase the potency of cyclic AMP in brain membranes. 2-Fluoro-3-(1-hydroxy-2-methylaminoethyl)phenol oxalate has also been shown to be a ligand for the 2 adrenergic receptors. This drug may have antiarrhythmic effects by prolonging the duration of action potentials in cardiac muscle cells and its use may be limited due to its proarrhythmic effect on atrial cells.
