Informazioni sul prodotto
3,5-Dichloro-2(1H)-pyrazinone is a reactive molecule that has been used in the synthesis of various organic compounds. The compound was shown to be cytotoxic against human cells with an IC50 value of 0.5 μM, and it has been shown to inhibit the NS3 protease enzyme in a cell culture model. 3,5-Dichloro-2(1H)-pyrazinone is also resistant to sodium carbonate and can be used in cross-coupling reactions. This molecule inhibits the replication of viruses such as hepatitis C virus by binding to its RNA genome. 3,5-Dichloro-2(1H)-pyrazinone also interacts with carboxylates and vacuolar proteins, inhibiting their function.
