Glucamate DOE 120 is an antibacterial agent that belongs to the group of quaternary ammonium compounds. It is a non-ionic surfactant that has been shown to be effective against bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Glucamate DOE 120 has also been shown to have antifungal properties, which may be due to its ability to disrupt the membrane of fungal cells.
