The hydrazide derivatives are a group of antimicrobial agents that are used to treat bacterial infections. These drugs have been shown to be effective against Gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes, as well as Gram-negative bacteria, such as Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
