Descrizione

3-Hydrazino-6-phenylpyridazine is a coordination compound that is prepared by the stepwise addition of phenyl hydrazine to pyridine. The compound has been shown to have constant thermodynamic stability, and is used in the synthesis of cinnolines and chalcones. 3-Hydrazino-6-phenylpyridazine has also been shown to have anti-cancer effects, as it induces apoptosis in cancer cells. This drug also inhibits intestinal contractions, which may be due to its ability to inhibit acetylcholine release from intestinal smooth muscle cells.
