Descrizione

Histamine Trifluoromethyl-Toluidide is a histamine receptor agonist that binds to the H1 receptor, which mediates inflammatory responses. It has been shown to inhibit the angiogenic process and locomotor activity in mice. Histamine Trifluoromethyl-Toluidide has also been shown to have cytotoxic effects on HL-60 cells, an effect which may be due to its ability to modulate intracellular calcium levels. Histamine Trifluoromethyl-Toluidide is used for the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as asthma by blocking histamine receptors on mast cells and basophils. This drug also blocks H1 receptors in other tissues, leading to sedation and relief from allergic symptoms.
