Informazioni sul prodotto
Rivastigmine Related Compound D is a ligand that binds to the chiral center of the AChE enzyme and inhibits its activity. It is a product of reductive amination, in which an organic amine reacts with an aldehyde in the presence of sodium cyanoborohydride to form an imine. The imine is then reduced by sodium borohydride or lithium aluminum hydride to form the desired product. Rivastigmine Related Compound D has been shown to be effective against Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.
