1-[1-(2-Methyl-2-Propanyl)-3-Azetidinyl]-4-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)Phenyl]Piperazine is a structurally novel noncompetitive inhibitor of protein kinases. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of cyclin-dependent kinases and to be cytotoxic in cell culture. 1-[1-(2-Methyl-2-Propanyl)-3-Azetidinyl]-4-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)Phenyl]Piperazine has also been investigated as a possible chemotherapeutic agent for malignant diseases.
