2-[5-Methyl-3-Oxo-4-(4,5,7-Trifluoro-1,3-Benzothiazol-2-Yl)-1,4-Benzothiazin-2-Yl]Acetic Acid is a biopharmaceutical that has shown to have potent inhibitory activity against the NHE1 and NHE2 isoforms of the Na+/H+ exchanger. This drug has been shown to exhibit interactive effects with other drugs that affect insulin resistance and body mass index. 2-[5-Methyl-3-Oxo-4-(4,5,7-Trifluoro-1,3-Benzothiazol-2)-1,4--Benzothiazin]-2yl]Acetic Acid is used to treat metabolic disorders such as diabetes. It also has an effect on ATP channel inhibition.
